Welcome to Reach Within Emotional Wellness Centre! My name is Tannis. I am passionate about helping individuals rediscover their inner strength and embrace their true potential.

Before stepping into the counselling field, I spent years supporting people on their healing journeys through creative outlets like art, journaling, and retreat facilitation. These experiences deepened my belief in the power of self-expression and connection as pathways to emotional wellness.

I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and a collaborative spirit, believing that authentic relationships are at the heart of healing. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, coping with grief, overcoming anxiety, or working to build self-esteem, I’ll meet you where you are and tailor our sessions to your unique needs.

My practice integrates evidence-based modalities, including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also offer specialized approaches like Gottman Method Level One for couples counselling, Healing Art Therapy, and Eco-Therapy, blending creativity and connection with nature into the healing process.
